Gary S. Wase received his LLB from University of Baltimore in 1962. Prior to becoming a solo practitioner in 1975, he spent 13 years successfully owning and operating three restaurants. With his background in business, his original focus was on the business client. Combining the communication and negotiation skills gained during his career as a restaurateur with 33 years as legal business adviser, lease negotiator and mediator, Mr. Wase developed an extensive personal injury practice through which he has been successful in achieving sizable settlements for his clients. Mr. Wase values client relationships, guiding the client through each step of the settlement process and providing personal attention to every case. He has provided unique directions to the firm's clients in both business and personal matters.
Mr. Wase is the founding partner of Wase & Wase, now Wase, Wase & Grace, LLC. He has been on the Committee of Lawyer Dispute Resolutions for the Maryland Bar Association for 10 years, and has successfully mediated many cases involving fee disputes. Mr. Wase has practiced in Maryland state courts since 1975 and with the U.S. District Court of Maryland since 1976. He has authored several articles on Landlord/Tenant relationships, avoiding Workers' Compensation Claims, and other related restaurateur issues for the Restaurant Association of Maryland.
